  4. Hello @Infinity2708. With the Exp system being updated to follow Generation 7, there is no longer a huge drawback to evolving your Pokémon early. Gone are the days of waiting to evolve because it would take forever to level up if you did. If that’s your concern, then go ahead and evolve them if you’d like. Evolving them will make them stronger but will not make it harder to level, as it used to. If you have further questions, please let me know.

  20. Hello @Tpwolf. There are a few ways you can go about a trade evolution. You can use a secondary account to trade with yourself, eliminating any risk of it not being returned. To do this, you’d need to launch two clients on your PC (if mobile, you’ll need two devices) and both accounts must each have at least have the Rainbow Badge. Then you can trade between both accounts and evolve your Pokémon. If you can’t open two clients on PC or do not have two devices to play on, you can ask other players to assist you. This method poses the risk of a player not returning your Pokémon. However, this can be solved by taking screenshots of the conversation and of the trade itself. With that, you can file a report in our Report Center and your Pokémon will be returned. Lastly, you can request Staff to assist you. This is safer than the second option since Staff will never keep your Pokémon. To request Staff assistance, you can either use the #request-chat on our official Discord server or use the Trade Evolution megathread. I see you’ve made a post there already, but since you’ve already made this thread, we can simply go from here. If you’d like Staff assistance, please reply with a timeframe of when you’ll be online along with your time zone and hopefully we can match that and complete the trade. If you have any further questions, please let me know

Your concern regarding trading is a concern shared by many players and to be fully honest, we’re still working on finding a solution to said concern. So, there’s really no definite answer I can give you right now. There is still a lot of details were not yet ready to reveal to players at this time, but when we feel the time is ready, we will let you all know so you can make any necessary preparations before the merge goes through.     Hello @Atoums. My apologies for the late response. To begin, I’d like to clarify that the link you posted is a forum guide, not a wiki page. The PROWiki can be found through this link. Now, onto your issue. When lending was first introduced, it was indeed possible to evolve the Pokémon and get their evolution data. However, this was changed due to it being way too easy for players to gather evolution data and abuse this system to get evolution data on many accounts over and over again with zero effort since it would revert back to the base form. So, you can no longer gain evolution data from evolving lent Pokémon. As a side note, when looking at forum guides, or any guides, it’s important to check when it was posted or last edited to have a decent idea of how accurate or inaccurate it is. In this case, the post you linked is from 2018, making it unreliable. Hope I cleared any doubts. If not, or if you have more questions, please let me know.

  24. Hello @Tsushima. My apologies for the late response. Currently, changing the ball in which a Pokémon was caught in is not possible. You can suggest the addition of this feature in the Suggestions forum and wait for a Developer to read it and provide feedback on the idea.
