I've encountered this issue when the last Pokemon is KO'ed by hazards as it's switching in, is this what happened? This case has just been reported but want to make sure you got what I'm getting. C0mp Posted December 6, 2020 Author Share Posted December 6, 2020 (edited) Yes, the Deoxys switched into entry hazards, 3 layers of spikes and stealth rock. It was supposed to die but didn't.
