I was battling Nikola and just when I was about to win, the battle froze and gave me this message:

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I've encountered this issue when the last Pokemon is KO'ed by hazards as it's switching in, is this what happened? This case has just been reported but want to make sure you got what I'm getting. Next time make sure to include a screenshot of your battle log, it helps us determine the cause so it's fixed quicker.

Yes, the Deoxys switched into entry hazards, 3 layers of spikes and stealth rock. It was supposed to die but didn't.
