Im using the translator.
Some bizarre things are happening in my account, whenever I enter the game a Pikachu nvl5 / 4 appears in the place of my first Pokémon. This always happens and is only resolved after changing in the box, but I changed the region to Johto, I left the game and a Pikachu nvl4 appeared again, and I didn't even choose the starter. (This is really very tedious, I need to find a solution to this problem)

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. As I explained in-game I sent back your pikachu to your PC since that's where it should have been. Could you confirm this when you can ?

Sorry for the delay to get to the first city. Pikachu did return to the box, should I delete him so I don't have any more problems?

No worries, you shouldn't get this issue once again so you are not required to delete it. Since you just entered Johto and he originates from Kanto this would have created an issue in your pokemon party, but it's fine now since he's back in your PC.
