Hi!, Im just kinda confused because when I started the quest to get venusaurite I showed prof. Oak the correct bulba and now I level it to 100 and he's asking or saying its not the same bulbasaur that I showed to him. Please help me.

Ohhh but what if I transfer back to gold where I originally caught it? I'll be able to do the quest again?.
