I lost my Honchkrow, is there a way i could get it back?

So when I was leading my level 76 Honchkrow i was challenging Agatha i randomly lost connection and i lost my Honchkrow! he instead got replaced by a Rattata (i lost this Rattata, but now i got it back but that doesn't mean I'm happy about it since my hardly trained Honchkrow got replaced by weak level 9 Rattata)

 

I'm not joking/trolling, this really happened to me! Please help me!

UPDATE:

i got my honchkrow back, but i lost my Weavile because he's in the lead
