Hi there , so i have this team of 6 in my party , my poliwag suddenly turned into a charmander . Same nature & ivs , but level 5 with no EVS .

 

This team btw is on my alt account , so what happened was , i had a nugget , starpiece , and stardust and few thousands of pokedollars . It wasn’t enough for the bike , so i went to diglett’s cave to dig some items , managed to get 3 more starpiece . I went back to the route north of cerulean , to sell my items to the Item maniac . 
after selling the items i then noticed the duplication bug . 
 

can’t recall however if it is before or after my interaction with mew npc just below here
