Hello everyone,

 

I´m trying to login for over an hour now but it doesn´t work.

 

I haven´t gotten a confirmation-email, so I think that´s already the reason for that.

 

As above, I´ve already tried more email-adresses if different providers.

 

When I try to log in, after a little loading time the programm just says that I cannot log-in.

 

I would be thankful for help.

Have you checked your spam/junk folder for each provider? In most cases, the verification email is there.

Have you checked the spam of any of the emails? Most of the time the confirmation goes to the Spam folder.

Yes, I´ve checked every folder in my email-Accounts, but nothing appeared.

 

There´s also nothing auto-deleting setted in my email-accounts, so I doubt that that´s the case.

Im having the same issue (Pro username: GeGnome) i tried registering about 12 hours ago and left the email up to traffic but i still have no confirmation email and cannot log in :( I have checked all spam filters also.

May I ask both of you what mail providers have you used so far?

I use GMX, didnt realise provider would cause a problem? :o

Viviya, surprisingly G-Mail should have work. Though, both of you, try using Hotmail or Yahoo. I have used Hotmail and 3/3, I have received an email in my Spam folder.

Is there any way to delete the acconts that didn´t work so the names are free again?
