I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
I checked your account and seems like you transfered the servers on the 12th November 15:37 GMT+0. Currently there is no way for players to check the date.
I would advise to make a time for yourself since the cooldown for free transfer is 30 days or in this case ask in a thread.
