I've checked your account and it seems like the last 30 day MS you have bought was at 2020-05-30 13:25:26.
Unfortunately, we don't accept such requests for longer cases because of the economy change.
Furthermore, it seems like you also bought a 30 day MS from a guy. And we cannot refund an item that you didn't buy.

yes I had bought it in my alt account Entei7 since I am mostly online in main account I transferred it to my main account
