Talking with APP kvar on help chat inside the game, i ask for the request to do the excavation on Evergreen Island Frozen Cave, he tell me is only 2.5k and the exca quest, i already have it, but don't let me in, a friend with 32.5k point can do it, but not me with 6k points.

Hey there!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
In order to enter the excavation site on Evergreen Island you need at least 10'000 Points.
Furthermore, it will cost you 2,5k ingame money to enter.
