When i try to enter in Pro Client this fatal error come out.

So far i already did this things:

-Delete every file of Pro Client even temporary files.

-Download again the client.

-Put client's folder in exclusions of Windows Security.

-Disable the antivirus real-time scan.

I dont know how to solve this so if you can help me it would be great.

Hey there @CarlosV7

I'm sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to delete all the game files, completely deactivate your anti-virus and and re-extract again ?

This issue usually comes by due to an anti-virus software deleting a game file when extracting the game.

Let me know if that works

Have a splendid day!

Yeah its solved.

I have to put download folder in exclusions of Windows Security, disable the antivirus and download the client again.

Its works now.

Well, when I activated the antivirus the problem happened again.

I had to delete files of client, deactivate the antivirus, extract again, activate the antivirus and put all the files in exclusions of real time scan of antivirus.

Now works again with the antivirus activated.

Thanks.
