I had 2 masterballs before fighting Mew, in the battle, they disappeared and after that I don´t have them anymore in my bag!

My apologies for the inconvenience. It is possible that you perhaps started the quest to obtain Heatran ? If so your Masterballs and rare candies are currently being hold by an NPC and will only be returned when you finish the quest.

The NPC named "Buck" at the beginning of the heatran quest, in stark mountain is holding onto your masterballs. He will give them back to you once you complete the quest.
