I mailed from my alt account ( CitizenJoe ) to my main account ( CitizenPete ). The mail never arrived (even if I tried before and it worked).

But I had 60rc inside, and some gems.

 

Nobody helped in discord, even though they were helping other people

And in forum I still have no answer, since yesterday.

 

I feel scammed

It looks like CitizenJoe mailed the items to a player named Items. This is why you didn't receive the items. Please double-check whom you send the items to, in the future, to avoid this issue again.

I have forwarded this to the Devs and hopefully we can revert the mail—so you can get your items back.

Keep in mind that our Devs are very busy, especially during the holidays. In the meantime, we ask for your patience and understanding.

All the items you mailed to the user Items should be back in the inventory of CitizenJoe. Please be more careful in the future.
