Hello, 

I received yesterday 10 pve coins...I waited the whole day, even relogged multiple times, I logged in today and still haven't gotten my coins... 

Do I have to do something else? All the other items im positive that I got them except the pve coins

My apologies for the inconvenience. The issue has already been reported to a Content scripter following another report. Considering that it's currently holidays time it's possible that the staff member might be unavailable, but I will let you know of a response as soon as possible.

My sincerest apologies for the delay. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but unfortunately we cannot recover the PVE coins for this issue as it's impossible on our side to find whether a player received/did not received the PVE coins from this NPC. 

 

Since I cannot help you further regarding this topic it shall be locked. Once again I'm really sorry that we cannot be of any more help.
