hi i just did a mail to send cc to my alt but my acct (sender) is in silver and the (recieved) is in gold i thought its gonna work tho so made a mistake on it,, just wanna ask if is possible to retrieve the mail or get the cc back,,

alt(recieved)- its on gold and its already have playtime on silver with 1badge ..but didnt play it and dont have much time to do the story on it so just wanna ask first here if its possible to retrieve the mail..
