it's not really beginner friendly for events. However, I believe it's pretty easy to get the event outfit which includes of greninja, breloom and arcanine outfit.

Hello @serioussamgre. Apologies for the late reply.

 

For starters, you must speak with the Aero Airlines NPC south of the Vermilion City gym to reach the event island. Once there, you can use the video link posted above as a guide. Furthermore, there are multiple guides here and here. You can also find a guide for the Keldeo quest on the PRO Wiki here.
