Pokedollars display mode

Hey, I'm not sure if it's been suggested before but I didnt see it in the to-do list so I'd like to suggest the option to change the display of poedollars' placement of commas.

Example: Ability to change 11,11,111 to be displayed as 1,111,111.

Hey, the client displays your Pokedollars in the currency format you selected in your current operating system. 

If you want a different format you simply have to change it in your system.
