I lost to mega rayquaza on quest.. and her missing.. its possible battle again? or what do i do?

Hello @Pisquillindo. Apologies for the late reply.

Since you only need the seen data of Rayquaza, losing against it does not matter. You already have its seen data and can continue the quest normally.

yes, i solved this..

i just needed to go catch after battle rayquaza.. has been seen data groundon and kyogre in hoen history
