I reported this bug before. Some players also gave me some advice. Unfortunately, nothing worked out. I'm having the problem yet. Please solve this issue for me. It's getting hard to play this game with this issue.

I can't choose clothes, hair, and other avatar options. Moreover, every time I log in, pro. Oak shows up and that first dialogue comes up, then the game let me choose my avatar. It happens every time I log into the game. If I choose any avatar options, nothing happens. It will be great help if you help me with this issue.

Hello @Darkknight01. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Can you delete all your PRO files(including the ones in the Recycle Bin)? Afterwards, redownload the game. 

 

Hopefully this resolves your issue.
