Norex Posted January 7, 2021 Share Posted January 7, 2021 PRO is using Gen7 mechanics which would be SM on Smogon. However there are not that many Gen7 pokemon in the game so far so using XY can also be helpful. While looking at Smogon can be helpful I would still recommend to come up with own movesets/EV-Spreads sometimes because PRO has its own and different meta.
