I've done about 270 Celadon dailies before, and usually at most was able to do 2 in a row.  I assumed because of how the cooldown script was coded.  But today I was able to do 5 and the cooldown still isn't being triggered.  I wish I could provide more info on how to replicate it, but I don't feel like I was doing anything different than usual.  Relogging didn't fix the bug.  It also seems to be unique to my main Jordan110 account on Gold server.  I tried on one of my alts and the quest was behaving normally.

 

EDIT:  Waiting a day fixed the problem.  The quest is going on cooldown normally now.
