Hello @Weaselbjones. 

 

We no longer offer de-leveling, since the addition of the Mysterious Candy renders it needless. 

Mysterious Candy will evolve a level 100 Pokémon that can evolve and meets all its evolution requirements. You can purchase Mysterious Candy from the PvE Coin shop, the PvP Coin shop, or any Department Store. 

If you have further questions or another issue, don't hesitate to ask.
