I've tried a few more fights, i'm still level 75 and the xp bar is empty... The cause of the issue is still being investigated and there is no permanent solution for it yet. However, the issue seems to happen only with Keldeo-Resolute. So, reverting your Keldeo to its base form should allow you to continue leveling it. Simply removing the move Secret Sword will revert it to its original form.
