Could you be more precise regarding the issue on-hand, which quest exactly are you trying to complete ? If you are looking to obtain either Latios or Latias you must simply speak to the reporters in littleroot town and then interact with the TV in your house, as shown here in the legendary megathread. Encountering Latias and Latios should not be needed again since you've already encountered them in the Jirachi quest. Looking forward to your answer! A CS looked into the issue just to make sure that there isn't any bug or problem, it seems that you simply are missing the Latios encounter. You may find Latias in one of these locations : Starting truck Route 103 - On water New Mauville Weather institute Mt.Chimney Meteor Falls B1F 2R Mt.Pyre Exterior Lilycove Department store roof Abandoned ship Hoenn Safari Zone 2 house Please make sure that you've tried to search all these locations.
