Hi yesterday My ralts was a Gardevoir lvl 70 i used 2 Rare candy to evolve , today i log in and it's a ralts and as you can see there is a blue line next to the pokemon .

I already tried to log out but nothing change

Hello @ByTrippy. Apologies for the inconvenience.

 

The developers are aware of this bug, but there is no fix for it just yet. For the moment, you will have to level up your Ralts again if you wish to evolve it.
