My Long Hair become Short when using this hat. Please fix.

I consulted with our Artists and here is an explanation:

oh thats cuz some hairs don't work well on certain hats. so they automatically shift to another default hairstyle that works.

Fixing this would be an extremely large amount of work for a seemingly harmless "bug". Every affected hairstyle would have to be fixed for every piece of affected headgear.

So, unfortunately, this will not be changed any time soon. My apologies for not being able to assist you further. If you have any more questions or concerns, please let me know.

please fix this bug,

because starting August 1st this hat will be moved to PvE coins shop.

As I said above, this will not be done anytime soon.

This is because the benefits from doing so do not outweigh the amount of time and effort it will take. This would be an enormous task to pile on top of Artists' regular work that is simply not worth it.

Once again, I apologize that we cannot assist you further, but please try to understand.
