5 6 minutes ago I pressed the 15-day membership, then I pressed the 3-day membership and I started the 60-day membership and it looks like 17 days in discord.

According to our database, your membership will expire on April 13th, 2021, meaning all the medallions you used have taken effect. What most likely happened is that the Reborn bot had not yet updated when you checked it.
