Server crashed when it was last poke of suspicious bot, can you give the reroll nature for 40th victory and 27 pve coins ? Or can you reboot to 39th victory ? Please.

Hello @CosaNostra. Apologies for the late reply.

 

I consulted with our Content Scripters and unfortunately, there is no way to reset the win streak.

Furthermore, we cannot restore your cooldown. Doing so would allow you to earn extra rewards that other users would not be able to.

It is an extremely unfortunate situation to be in, but please try to understand.

I know you try to do something fair but one more time when i have problem in game, staff can't do anything for me. It's really sad... Each time there are disconnects, bugs with record, it's always the same thing.
