Hello at 6:43pm Sydney time i was in stage 4 battle tower and suddenly the server crashed could you please reset the time for me?

Hello @WilliWu. Apologies for the late reply.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot reset your Battle Tower progress or cooldown. This is because you receive rewards as you do it, and resetting the cooldown will effectively give you extra rewards.

We recommend not to do anything with a cooldown or PvP while the server providers are fixing their issues.
