rare candy bug

Hello

I was scared i lost about 150 rare candies. When i check my backpack i see i got 12 candies. When i use them they the amount is not getting reduced.

i used 5 candies and after 20min and after relogging it reduced to 7, but somehow i lost about ~150 candies and game couldn't save the amount of candies after using one by one

Hello @ArdikXL. Apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Have you perhaps started the Heatran quest? The NPC named Buck will take away all your Rare Candy and Master Ball(s) at the start of the quest. After you've defeated the level 99 Heatran, you can reclaim them from Buck by speaking to him.

Regarding the amount not being reduced, it could simply be a side-effect of the server's current problems. I consulted with one of our Testers and here is what they had to say:
