Possibility of account reset

Haven't played in  a couple years, saw a few posts about account resets saying that it isnt currently possible, but all these posts are a few month old at the newest, just wondering if its available yet, i have an account on both servers so i cant play another and i dont particularly want to make a whole new account with a new username/password to keep track of

Account resets are still not a service we provide on request. It is only done in certain circumstances and when all other options have already been exhausted.
