Had several other bosses crash for me during the day, would be happy to receive help.

Hello @thuddz. Apologies for the inconvenience. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot reset your cooldown.

This is because there was an announcement explicitly stating that you should not fight any bosses while the servers are having issues.
