I have this account named Skatergoon that I created in 2016. I reset the password today and when I click Login Gold everything works as it should. However, when I click Login Silver, it says "Invalid Username or Password". I asked a few players for help and they told me i forgot to merge the account from blue to silver. So I merged the account and it said merge successful, but nothing changed. It still says Invalid Username or Password when I click Login Silver.

 

Any help regaining access to Skatergoon on Silver would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 

EDIT: I figured out after the merge I had to reset my password, thanks to the help of someone in discord support. I should've went there first before making this post.  My issue has been resolved. Thanks 🙂
