Hi there i rerolled my entei a long time ago and i got desame ivs i got the last time i rerolled it exactly desame i think i rerolled my entei furing christmas season and i got a bad stats anyway and then when i rerolled again today i got desame ivs i got before

We have tested this multiple times and could not manage to recreate it. So our conclusion is that you rolled the same IVs as before. It is an extremely low chance, but it can happen.

Unfortunately, we will not be refunding your Reroll Ticket.

To further explain the issue: the reason it appears that way is because the previous system would save the accepted IVs twice. So, once you used the reroll, after the implementation of the new system, the two saved rerolls were displayed.

It is not a bug, just the way the old system worked.
