I took a Weedle and raised it up to 94, then gave it rare Candy and evolves normal until it reaches Beedrill level 100, I used the mega stone and it worked.Exit the game and when returning Beedrill was again a Weedle level 100

I apologise for the inconvenience. This is a known bug and our developers are currently working on it.

You can purchase a Mysterious Candy in any Department Store for 5000 pokedollars or with PvP or PvE coins and you can use it to evolve your Weedle into Kakuna and use another one to evolve Kakuna onto Beedrill.

And also note that, when it evolves back into a weedle before lvl 100, it gains an insane exp that is equal to its current exp. That it worked once and jumped to lvl 100 in 3 minutes XD
