Unfortunately account resets are not a service we offer anymore and nor do we see it being offered in the foreseeable future. However, you do have access to 4 accounts in total per person and 2 servers on which you can play. Since you have no data on the Silver server you could also use the transfer server function in the dashboard to swap your server's progress and play on Gold if you wanted to stay there. You can also play on Silver if you'd like.
