Hi. Before the crash i buy 2 masterballs for serch my heatran and when server are crashed i lost my masterballs and the coin are credited 

Hello @Fisdemoine. 

 

When doing the Heatran quest, the NPC named Buck will take all your Rare Candy and Master Ball(s). Once you have completed the quest, he will return them after being spoken to.

Did you begin, but not finish, the Heatran quest?
