I've done many, many bosses in the last few months and I've never seen my Gengar's Cursed Body Ability activate while I am using protect until last night.

 

I send out gengar vs boss poke and I use protect. I think it said "Gengar used protect. Gengars cursed body activated. Victini's V-create was disabled. Victini used v-create. But it failed. Gengar protected itself."

    ive been using that in pvp to annoy people for months i had no idea it was a bug xD

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience. This bug was meant to have been resolved in the last update but it remained. It was already reported internally, we're waiting on a fix.
