Can't Surf and Pokedex Doesn't Update!

Ever since the patch I have not been able to surf with my Magikarp mount and the pokedex doesn't update pokemon I've caught. 
For example I have a Donphan in my PC box but the pokedex indicates that I haven't caught one yet.

Any solutions for these issues?

My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Both issues have been reported and are being worked on, the magikarp mount will be fixed in the next client release. There isn't any estimated time on when the pokedex issue might be fixed, but it will be announced in the PRO discord. If you prefer, I can also update you in this thread when it is corrected.
