My magicarp level and move learned disappeared

Hi I had started playing with a new account on silver.. I had a magicarp lvl 8 or 9 and dragon rage move learned by the magicarp seller. When I logged in again my magicarp was reset and the dragon rage move was gone..

Was there a server crash during that time? If so, it was more than likely lost to a rollback. In which case, there is no way for us to assist you.

no there was no server crash. When i logged in again the move was lost as well as the lvl... if possible i dont need the level but can u give me back the move draogn rage??

We have tested this problem but have not been able to recreate it. Our conclusion is that a server crash happened and your move and levels were lost to it.

Unfortunately, there is no way for us to assist you further. 

Though this may not be the response you were hoping for, please try to understand.
