Valentine quest / rose & jerome - server crash caused bug / unable to complete

I was doing the valentine event and server crashed meanwhile.  When i got back, some of the item i had to collect were missing from my bag yet rose is still asking for them :

 

For instance, the golden scale.

When i interact back with the golden magikarp, nothing happen.  I am unable to complete the quest.

 

same go for all of the other missing item in my list, i carefuly took the time to follow a guide and it is not letting me pick up the flower or revival herb.

Hello @Macx. Apologies for the inconvenience.

 

It appears you are missing one Pink Peony Blossom. Double-check all the locations of the Pink Peony Blossoms and you should find the missing one.

Hi, i carefully took the time to go back to all blossom and it is not working. 

Additionally, the quest still ask for all of the part including the golden scale.

As previously shown, it is not allowing me to interact.  

I am still unable.
