Servers are currently having crash issues and the developers are actively looking into those issues in order to fix them as soon as possible. Furthermore, it looks like Silver is having some connectivity problems at the moment. As a general tip, try do not do important things such as boss battles at the moment since you might experience some loss of progress. With that being said the thread will be locked since I cannot help you further at the moment. I'll let you know through the forum when an update has been sent so that you may be up-to-date with the situation. Most updates about the servers are posted in PRO discord so I'd recommend checking that out if not done already.
