Recently reinstalled the game and can not login into the server the connection lost prompt always pops up. Is there a known fix for this issue?

My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience, we are currently having some server issues but it looks like your issue is fixed. For now if you keep experiencing it you can try to use a VPN (This is a free one among multiple options) or try to connect directly by pressing the F2 key to open the console and write : "connect 92.119.158.4 800" (92.119.158.4 801 for Gold) and then press the enter key. Be sure to always check in the PRO discord as well since it could be possible that a server or both servers crashed or were in a planned maintenance.

 

It also looks like you had data on the blue server, if you'd like to have access to this character you will have to merge your account on the dashboard (Select the blue server has main). This will merge your data onto your silver server and you'll be able to recover your old data. You will most likely need to reset your password afterwards (You can do that on the dashboard too) to access the silver server.
