Client froze when battling Chuck

Featured Replies

My client froze during the Chuck boss fight on Silver server. Chat stopped moving, I couldn't select moves, but I wasn't logged out to the main menu. After about 5 minutes of spamming ^up in Reborn and not being able to do anything in-game I logged out and back in, battle counted as a loss. Probably wasn't a server crash at that time, but my internet didn't have a hiccup as well, so probably just a routing issue. If it's possible, I'd ask you to reset the cooldown. I wouldn't care too much about it, but it was my 3rd win, so that's a big bummer.

Hello @Kary0plasma. Apologies for the late reply.

Unfortunately, we will have to deny your request.

As we have announced several times, the server is experiencing connection issues and we do not recommend doing anything that could be lost to a crash.

It is a very unfortunate situation, but please try to understand.
