Upon defeating or releasing Keldeo, it will respawn in Crystal Cave with the same IVs and Nature. Your Keldeo should be waiting for you in Crystal Cave. Keep in mind that it will cost $5,000 unless you have an active transit pass, in which case, it will be free.
