I won a game against some guy name Victo.. he had a number after his name. The server went down after that and I dint get the rating for that. Pls check. I’ve attached a photo of my Pokémon status after the win

Unfortunately, we cannot restore your rating.

This would be unfair to previous requests to do the same. Furthermore, we have announced several times that the server is having connection issues and that we do not recommend doing PvP.

With this being said, I will lock this thread. Once again, I apologize for not being able to assist you further, but please try to understand.
