Is there a way for staff to retransform the 3 abseil ropes I bought by accident into coins

Hello, 

 

Being tired, I missclicked and bought 3 abseil ropes instead of making coin capsules.

This is probably a shot in the dark but is there a way to get a refund in coins since i have not used them nor bought them from another player (pretty sure staff can check that?).

 

Would understand if you can't, but it would lighten my day if you could repair my derpiness ^_^
