With the implementation of the Mysterious Candy, we no longer offer de-leveling services.

A Mysterious Candy will evolve any level 100 Pokémon that meets all its evolutionary requirements. You can purchase one in any Department Store, from the PvE Shop, and from the PvP shop; check the link above for more details.
