I've been trying all day to get on my account. I havent played since 2018. I figured I forgot my username so I got someone to tell me what account name is linked to my email. When I try to reset the password to the account it says the account doesn't exist. Can I please get some help?

Okay I messaged like 8 staff members with no response and made 2 posts. I give up. I just won't play.  My account apparently doesn't exist. Thanks for nothing.

As I mentioned already since you've already have an on-going thread  with another CC consequently you will have to wait for his response, please be patient. For the sake of being organized and to avoid confusion we rarely have two staff members handling the same post. It's not necessary to send a private message to every staff member online since one is already handling your case and each role has different tasks, furthermore we do not provide private support in private messages. 

 

Please try to understand that staff are volunteers and are not always available, we do this on our free time. You may write "bump" as a new message if you do not get a response after 24 hours. This thread will be locked since you already have the other one, please stick to it.
